Yoga is more than just Yoga Asana (the practice of postures). During this 5-day-course, we will explore the fundamental principles of Yoga philosophy and dive deeper into the why we do what we do and how it is all connected.

Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, translates from Sanskrit to "Science of Life". It is a 5000-year-old system of natural healing that teaches us how to live in harmony with the laws of nature. 

Explore the principles of Ayurvedic & Yogic cuisine in theory, peek into the Ayurvedic pantry, and gain hands on experience by preparing a typical dinner together in downtown Telluride.
